Greg Yanke is a corporate and securities lawyer who has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 1996.
He represents both private companies intending to pursue initial public offerings, as well as existing public corporations.
In addition to acting as legal counsel, Greg has also served as a director and officer of numerous reporting companies in both Canada and the United States in diverse industries such as mineral exploration, wind power development, and high technology.
